Some stuff I made for my XJ (built thread)

What did your gas tank skid mount to in the front? having a hard time visualizing it at the moment. I love the idea you had mounting it to the hitch though makes everything look really smooth.
 
There is two threaded rod that holds the straps to hold the gas tank. I just used those rods. If it takes a hit it will come from under, so it will not rip off the rods.

Very nice work!

I like the way you notched the front flares to fit flat against the body. I'll have to remember that. And the t-case drop... On the inside of the spacer, is that two bolt heads touching? Or a bolt head butted up against a nut? Either way, it gave me a headache trying to figure out how you got 'em in there.

Cool stuff though.

Since I broke one bolt when I removed the crossmember bolts, I did not feel like fighting the studs, so I did cut them, I screwed the nut, and then I cutted the bottom bolt and I alligned the second nut. And no, they are not touching. I had to grind a wrench to get there
