It looks like this will need to be pushed back to Sep. Because the kids are going back to school etc. people are very busy so I suggest we make this an informal, unofficial gathering. It is a lot of work to put together an official event and I think folks are too busy to put together an official event. Correct me if I am wrong about that. Anyway, we still need to agree on where, when and figure out food/drink. For those folks who suggested places to have it, can you gather the information about any kind of permits/passes etc. and post it up? We should have a place identified as soon as we can. I think mid September is a good time for it.
