I will be doing the draw this evening.
For your information I will be taking the list of active members into an Excel file. Each member will get an assigned number. I will then generate a random sequence of all numbers using http://www.random.org/sequences/. I will start at the top and work my way down.
I will retain the full list in case the winning party cannot be reached or chooses to reject the prize. In that case I will then pick then next number in the sequence.
If I chose a dormant but paid member I will attempt to contact them through the forum, e-mail, and regular mail delivery. If I hear no contact after four weeks I will chose the next number.
