Interesting!

Paul: it would be cool to have a diesal! I have heard the stock chrysler diesal wasn't that great though. I have read about a few conversion jobs but they sound like tooooo much work! O how I would love the mpg's and torque though!

A Guy I know in hawaii did a conv on a pathfinder. He put the 5 cylinder turbocharged diesel out of the 300 "C" class mercedes. Torque.

The game fish is an Ulua.

you should give the fish a crazy head. like a R.F. type head/make the jeep all crazy looking, just for fun :D looks cool though

what are the damn odds - I was my jeep yesterday for like the first time in a year and it rained this morning! Just goes to show you it was meant to be dirty...

These days a jeep wash is hosing it down and drying the windows just so I can see out of em! Maybe that's why my truck over heats.....I guess I should use a sponge and some soap next time!:p

So an updates from Tuesday night....Curt set me up with Jeff to get another perspective on my cooling problem (not to mention he has every tool/tester know to mankind:D). Well we pressurized the system and discovered that I tight hose clamps like a little girl. Other than that it help pressure fine. Next we checked for exhaust gases in the coolant; non to be found. So then we extreme burped the truck using jeff's big @ss lift, we put the truck at a near 90degree angle. So far no big changes.

I have to go to palm springs today so that should be a good fwy test. Next we'll try a 180 tstat because if the holds the temps down for longer it means my rad is working, if not then it might mean my new rad is no good. I have to give a big thanks to Jeff as I appreciate having his knowledge base thrown into this nightmare of a project.

All good news, except for the little girl part:rattle:;) And You know it's not the engine.

I would like to still run a compression test on the cylinders just to make sure they are all good, but the tests we ran should mean the head gasket is good.

Yup. :D
The high flow water pump helped ours. But I can't say if it would do the same for yours.Maybe a tune up if it hasn't had one lately, how is it running?
