Damn, this week is not good... if you end up putting it off until the week after next (or latter part of next week), I'd be up for it though. PM me!

MapQuest it from SJ to Georgetown, by way of Hwy 80 to Hwy 49, to Hwy 193. We will gas up in Georgetown, then drive another..what..25 or so miles to Uncle Tom's Cabin for a brew, then a bit farther to Airport Flats. I have not done this in the snow and am looking forward to it. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&i...p&geocode=FdyrUQIdbibM-A&split=0&iwloc=A&sa=X
Breakfast in Roseville to Georgetown is less than an hour's drive. Hope you can make it.
Uncle Tom's Cabin is here 38.929335, -120.484990. There was little to no snow on the road up to the cabin a few weeks ago. I drove up Wentworth Springs to catch you guys last time, assumed that was the way you went. A few miles after Uncle Tom's the snow really started to pile up.
yah i think the weather will be shitty again. i plan on just a day trip. for safeties sake i will be bringing some camping gear, a tent, and warm bags in case we get caught out there in real shitty weather. i suggest also the cheap .99$ rain ponchos as well as beer and food...also in case the weather is actually good then ill stay then...my brother is bringing his ez up canopy, its 11x11x11 and goes up in like under 2 minutes. perfect for lunch
also, is there a safeway or some kind of grocery store on the way? last time was nice to have the safeway on sly park to grab food. any ideas? anything in auburn
