Small Size Torque Wrench Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a smaller size torque wrench (preferably analog). One that goes up to at least 50 or 60 pounds…. Something like that. I have a larger, long handled Tekton but would like a smaller handled one to get into tight areas. Thanks.

This is the one I bought:

I had an issue with getting into a tight space on my Avalanche. It also has clicks every 5 degrees.

Thanks for the suggestion. I should be more specific with the torque wrench I'm needing.
I'll be replacing oil pan gasket which calls for some bolts to be as low as 7 ft/lbs to tighten those bolts.
So probably a 1/4 inch wrench that will register starting at around 5 ft/lbs and something with a shorter handle,
maybe around 8 inches. I could just take a chance with something off Amazon, but if someone could suggest one
that would help. Thanks.

A 1/4" torque wrench will use in-lbs. If you like your Tekton, buy their 1/4" on Amazon. Otherwise I have no good suggestions.

I bought the Harbor Freight one to work on bicycles. My 3/8" one is Snap-on and there's no way I'm buying one of those again.

I just dropped the pan for a trans service and filter change on my F150, and don't laugh, but I was in a pinch and needed one right away. My 1/4" beam torque wrench didn't go high enough, so in a hurry, I bought this one from Walmart.

I looked around for one locally to me, and I figured this one was just as good as Harbor Freight/Home Depot/Local parts stores. It worked surprisingly well. I just got back from a 3000 mile road trip, and my transmission pan doesn't leak a bit, not even any seepage. The wrench seemed very consistent.

Anyway, that's my recent experience. YMMV.

Another option is to call Team Torque in North Dakota: (701) 223-4552

They are where I send my torque wrenches for repair and calibration. They also sell refurbished torque wrenches. Let them know what your priorities are and they may have what you need. You could also ask them for recommendations given your situation. They know what is on the market.
