Shaved 9" info...

Can anyone tell me how high up they shaved their 9"? I really don't feel like cutting and checking, It'll take way too long or I'll cut it too short.
I've got one picture of a shaved 9" and it's not that great of a picture. It doesn't help me to see where the bottom was cut.

I eyeballed mine, cut the bottom off, then took a flat piece of steel with the third member installed, kept cutting till I could cut no more and still clear the ring gear.
