SEC CraigsList Thread

I don't think I know you but I hate to see you sell it man. I don't know what it is but it makes me sad to see someone selling their jeep, I guess it makes me think about if I had to sell mine. Kinda like losing an old friend or something. Oh well I'll quit being all sappy and junk, good luck with it.

It makes me sad too. It was my daily driver until 2 months ago. We HAD to have a truck. The plan was to keep it and let it be a toy for me, but less than a month after I bought the truck, my wife's hours got cut in half, so I have to be practical. Sometimes being "Dad" stinks...

I hear you man I've been talking it up to anyone that I've talked to interested in it. I went and looked at it and it appears to be solid. I wish I could add it to my collection as a toy, but two vehicles to maintain is enough for me at the moment.

Got an email back -- he says that the trans is in the bed because the clutch was screeching and was going to rebuild it but moved to UT for school.

I'd say it's prolly not even street it's prolly trailer only as I don't think it'd be able to get above 15mph with the stock 4.0 and 4.10 gearing.

Wonder how good of mileage and power it's got with 46's and 4.10 gearing not to mention all on a 44/60 combo.

Yeh, and those XML's aren't exactly light weight either...I understand they weigh quite a bit.
