Well I think I just scored a sweet deal on my next project. Let me know what you guys think. I just bought a 2000 Cherokee Classic (basically all options minus leather) with a 3.5 RE lift and 31" MT for a $3500. It has just at 100k and is pretty damn clean. 8.25 rear and to quote Crash the de-evolutioned LP30 up front. As soon as I can, I'll post a pic.

sweet! I would love a fresh carcass, but the URF cage/sliders dont exactly transfer over easily

SeanP

I am looking for some virgin 97+ doors/hatch if anybody comes across a parts rig, BTW

Giving up on the body repair and going to replacement?? Good idea

I think kbb.
Condition Value
Excellent $6,000
Good $5,480
Fair $4,815

3" of lift and 31 tires add approximately 1k in to a mall-crawler value. That is you got it at half the price. Have you checked the VIN ?

He had a clean title in his hand. Heck I already put it in my name at DMV. The guy had a line on decently built 4Runner through one of his buddies for about the same money. The crazy thing is this sat on CL for two weeks. He was asking $4300 and then re-ran the ad at $3900. I drove it and gave $3500. It drives so much better than my '89 (Granted the '89 had 7" of lift and was locked front and rear) and it's way nicer. After the holidays I can start building it. I can't hardley wait.

Sean my next two weekends are screwed with holiday crap, but after that you tell me when and I'm there.

sometime in Jan from what it looks like now. Phil came over today and we made good progress on my rear quarter quards/light boxes. I have to check in with Matt to see just how the hell I am supposed to wire the LEDs.
