Rustys Reac bar and Frame mount for 3" lift for Cherokee

I have a used Rustys Trac bar and frame mount for an xj cherokee. It has a Double shear non tie rod end style frame joint. It is a rubber bushing at both ends of the trac bar. The trac bar has some surface rust and has been repaired by rustys once at the threaded end and beefed up.
