Rubicon Express lower control arm eye crooked

I'm in middle of installing a RE 4.5 short arm lift kit and when I went to install the new lower control arms I noticed that one of the eyes are crooked https://m.imgur.com/T0YHnFi. Is this supposed to be crooked? If so which side does the crooked one go on?

Whoops turns out if you screw it into the mount you can get it to move around. It just wasn't move from me with screw driver trying to pry it into place.

That is the flex joint, it's suppose to swivel. It's also offset because that side mounts to your axle and gives clearance from the shock mount above it
