Roof Rack Tire Carrier

Can anyone give me some pointers please on a good, solid roof rack that I can mount my 31" spare on? Preferably one that won't break the bank. I'm not interested in anything fancy to mount lights too, just something for the spare. I would like to take some trips with my XJ and I really don't like the spare in the cargo area as it takes up valuable space.

That kevins rack, is it just x tubes that clip onto the roof rack rails?
