ROCK SLIDERS?? tube or box

I am looking to get some rock sliders. I know they are a must have. What brand should i get, or if anybody knows a write up on fabrication please show it.
And should i get tube or box metal. Id like to get something that matches the look of the cherokee.

I (shomsky) have www.ajsoffroadarmor.com super square rails, 3/16". and jagger has super rails (round) 3/16". very strong and easy to install, you can weld them, like jagger did, or bolt them in like i did.

I MADE MINE FROM 1 3/4 .120 WALL ROUND W/ A 1 1/4 .120 WALL NEXT TO IT LIKE A STEP. IT WAS SUPPORTED WELL BOTH ON THE PINCH SEAM AND TO THE UNI BODY MAIN RAIL. THEY DID NOT FAIR WELL THE FIRST TIME OUT. IAM GOING TO CUT THE BODY FROM THE DOOR SILL TO THE PINCH SEAM AND PUT IN A PIECE OF 2X6 3/16 WALL. THE I WILL BE ABLE TO MOUNT MY EXO TO IT ALSO. IT SHOULD WORK.

I have the rocky-road step rails. I've beat on 'em pretty good and they've held up. All the self-tapping bolts popped the threads 'cause I didn't have them dead center, I ended up welding them.
