Got caught in a rig-coming-up-while-another-was-coming-down scenario.
Not much room to get past each other up there.
Rig coming down is supposed to back up in these cases.

Not really all too extreme, but the ice made the conditions complete sh*t and very little traction in areas.

Rock is covered in ice, he slipped off and was being held from going onto his side by his fender and tire. Back passenger tire is about 3 feet off the rock.

Many in his Poison Spider Jeep on the same rockface.
First hes facing this way,

Then he ends up this way, barely stops before taking the tumble.

If you look at the JK's right front tire, its on a rock, so its technically rock crawling.

As with most things in the Northwest, the rock face was very wet and slippery making getting up a very tough proposition. The only ones who made it up that day were locked front and back and on at least 33" tires.

Slacker87XJ on the same spot, getting a little airborne. What he lacked in tire tread he made up in throttle. A couple tense moments with people scurrying for cover. Great show, though!

He might make some too, but those are THOR quarter panel guards. Do a search here on , you will find info on them... They have a website too.

It was the YJ's first time out since the engine/trans swap as well as the new tires and it made it through the Rock Garden at Reiter Trails with ease.

gotcha farmermatt just made the light box, those thor gaurds look nice though.

Ironically the guy who makes the THOR gurads is standing next to my truck wearing a dark blue THOR sweatshirt.

Messing around in Trabuco Area...

We had some fun... Even though you can't see him, My brother went with me... He was the camera-man for this small run.

Looks like Poser PiCs and kinda were ( My brother loves to take photos ), But I did crawl some good Rocks that day. A hummer H2 followed me for a bit untill I hit the Big Rocks and he slowly vanished in my rear view. I seen him as I was leaving later on that day, so all was OK.

Last PiC... PoSeR PiC! Sorry little baja bug... But I smash bugs, what can I say? :wave1:
