Well, my axle swap is nearing completion, so I need to get my old axles out of the shop. Descriptions are below....I would really prefer local pickup (and might be able to help with delivery), but will consider shipping Forward Air if buyer pays all costs.

1989 XJ D30 - High-pinion, 3.55 open, vac-disco w/260x shafts (non-disco 297x shafts available to convert, or use your TJ shafts), 58K miles total on axle since it rolled off the assembly line, within the last year/5,000 miles I've replaced - hub bearings, upper/lower balljoints, UCA bushings, 260x u-joints, calipers, and rotors turned. Aside from the brakes, all this work was preventive maintenance, since with the low miles everything was still working well. I also have a spare set of factory OEM hubs (54K miles on 'em - work perfect) that I will throw in. I'd like to get $200 for the axle & spare hubs, or $275 with a set of 297x non-disco shafts.

1989 XJ D35 - 3.55 open, non C-clip, no problems (although brakes may be nearing replacement - can't remember), good for parts, spare, or ??? I'd like to get $50 for this, or will throw it in FREE if you buy the D30.

The axles are located in Webster, NY (10 minutes north of Rochester). Email me ([email protected]) or PM me for more info, questions, etc.

Thanks!

Actually, I'd only sell them separate if someone needed to convert the vac-disco D30 for sale - otherwise, I need 'em for trail spares for my new D30!

Thanks anyway!

Up and around, so how about some lower prices?!?!

$100 for the D30, $25 for the spare hubs, and FREE for the D35?

Pick up only, puhhhlease.....

How about a case of good beer and I take them outta ur hands :)

I may be interested, I gotta see if I can steal dad's pickup and drive from syracuse over to rochestor :)

I think the spare hubs may be sold (waiting for confirmation), but the D30 and D35 should still be available. It'll be easier with your Dad's pickup, but I was able to fit a 59" Ford 9" rear in the back of my XJ (diagonally with the rear seat down).

While beer is appreciated, cash is easier to buy new parts with... :D
