Reno Wheeling trip

alot of the casino hotels are only 47-50$ a night for a 2 queen room for thurs, and like 20-30$ more for friday...
i was looking at the nugget, peppermill, atlantis, i have no idea where the trails are so i have no idea if these are close.

it would be fun to be in the downtown area , but i have no idea.
shoot, circus circus is only 34$ on thurs and 54$ on fri. with my AAA discount itd only be 88$ for the 2 nights....
id be down for that . freakin dirt cheap!!!!!!

I work just a cross from the Circus Circus. That place is in downtown,
all of the trails are close all with in 20 min. If you are downtown you can
get hammerd & go walk the strip & see all of the sights, sounds. All
of the outher places are off the main strip but are still close.

any of you guys have gps or google files where these trails are. Waypoints or tracks?

I want to get an idea where everything is and when I google "steves loop reno" I get one thread on reno4x4, this thread and a bunch of sites on "gay reno". This is not the "steves loop" I intended to see. :anon:

Yeah what if i wanna bring my dirt bike on a hitch rack behind the jeep? Does the reno crew have a super safe spot for us? Where exactly are we parking? I'm willing to cab it.

Strip clubs are close to downtown... lol Jack Danials will take you there
very fast.

Brew Bros is a great time. There is lots of times i remember walking in but
not out.

this is going to be my first wheeling trip while staying in a casino, or even a hotel for that matter, always a tent on the trail.
so i have no idea what might happen if we get used to staying in casinos after wheeling in reno, might become a new whole new way of life . i love gambling and drinking almost as much as i love wheeling...

Downtown is a perfect place to stay.... bud canyon right up the street and the rest are a little bit of a drive but no hotels out that way anyways

You're limited more by which parking garages can take lifted rigs. Most are under 7'. IIRC Circus Circus has one of the taller ones. The Sands has an open lot and only about a block or two from CC. Not sure about security though.

Hopefully I can make a run but Friday is my grandson's 1st birthday. I'll check into the plans for that.

rooms were dirt cheap, reserved a room at circus circus for 34$ on thurs and 54$ on fri . we are set- saved 10$ with AAA...
so far from sacto its just Josh(xjenson), Mike(mike1331) and me(blondejon)

anyone else heading up ?
