Renix TPS to HO Throttle Body

Does anyone have a clear write up on how to mate the Renix TPS to the HO Throttle Body. I cut the slot in my TPS and bolted it up and in a few weeks the slot was wore off and now I am driving without a TPS even hooked up. Is there anyway to use the H.O. TPS, use some resisters, change the input or output voltage???

I've tried unscrewing the "screw" that holds the washer/arm on the renix TPS. This thing has not budged. Is there a screw there or am I crazy. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove the washer/arm assembly?
