She hasnt done anything according to the rules or code of conduct yet to justify getting her gone completely other than just getting under the skin. I think that this is a classic example of when someone goes back to an abusive relationship. She said that she was leaving because of the abuse that she did not have to take, yet she is pushing to get more. I think that it is the attention that she is craving or the need to be needed to be abused. Not to take a personal attack at her personal life, but where she was in a abbusive marraige, she seems like she needs that abuse to survive. Best course of action I can see is to ignore the comments completely. If she stops getting hit and ignored completly than she is likely to go find the abuse somewhere else.

You are totally right. Kind of hard not to hit when she paints such a bright red target on her chest.

The Sierra chapter banned Big Red from posting in their chapter just because he was being a jerk. They didn't timeout him or ban him from naxja. Just put a block on his ability to post in the chapter. I don't think she is there yet but if she keeps this crap up.

Well if she gets too out of hand soon you will be in charge and able to put down the hammer if needs be, just remember to do it in a way that is non personal and would be the same if you were doing it to me or Tom or whoever else was in a place of power. Show her you are not just against her because your actions can speak loud to a lot of other people without saying anything. One reason I gave her the warning on her profile is because you got one for the same reason. You cannot be a respecter of persons. If you are going to make a rule, than stick it no matter who you have to enforce it with. The best thing you can do is not let her win by being the bigger person and not pulling out the gun. Think of her as a giant elk that is in arms reach outside of hunting season. Even though you would like to take it out, leave it for the right time.

I'm done fighting with her on a personal level...it isn't going to go anywhere. That being said,she needs to drop it. Your last post was the best way to reply. Sadly I only see a direct attack on Ryan from her as the only reason to visit our Chapter forum. Maybe if we let her get the last word in she will just go away. It's nothing but pure vengeance at this point of time and shows true character.

Replying back would only be lowering ourselves down to the same level, I did still have respect for her when she left but have totally lost all of it now.

By the way, might consider changing the password to this BOD forum asap.

Sadly I think this would only fuel the fire more no matter how well it's handled by Ryan, she would expect it from him. If anymore attacks happen I feel we should take care of this while it's still under our responsibility as the current BOD. My count is at 2 strikes.

Since I'm here, I'll offer my .02.

I don't know if it really matters who takes care of it. She will either view the action as an attack by Ryan, or an attack by Ryan though one of his puppets, as we jokingly refer to ourselves.

She seems to be coming here only to poke the hornets nest. She wants to piss off Ryan and his buddies because she was "wronged" and by doing so, she feels as if she can get even and make herself feel better. I think she is after that reaction and that abuse, but if action isn't taken, it creates a perspective in the chapter that personal attacks are allowable.

If it were me, I'd wait until she acts up again and hit her with another strike. I don't know what's been said to her yet, but if nothing has, someone definitely needs to do their best to play the neutral party and warn her that even though she was a member of the BOD, she needs to keep personal grudges out of the forum or she will be prohibited in posting in our forum. If that third strike happens, regardless of who is on the BOD at the time, she needs to be banned from the chapter as Big Red was.
