Rear Defrost/Wiper Controls

I need a 97+ rear defrost/wiper control section. Mine no longer works for the defrost button.

Also, if anyone has the plastic pieces that go on the door locks, I could use those, too!

No, I want the panel that houses the rear wiper, rear defrost, 12V outlet, and cigarette lighter.

So it's $10 for each of those accessories...?
