rear bumper suggestions

well i am going to redo my rear bumper and i was going to put a reciver hitch in and my tire carrier on. my question is that i have a clevis mount that goes into a reciever hitch already so would you just do that with the reciver hitch or go ahead and weld tabs for two clevis?

oh and i forgot. would you put the tire in the center of the xj or off to one side and what side would you do if you did do it off center? TIA

Shift the tire to the driver side. Helps with rear vision.

When I had the tire carrier on before I had the tire in the middle and so I think I am going to move it over. Maybe Ill add a jerry can holder to it as well. Thanks for yalls suggestions!
