Hey Gang,
I spoke with Ken Brubaker from Four Wheeler magazine yesterday. He told me that he was putting the final touches on the feature from Winterfest Oh-Ten and it was going to LA to get the finishing touches and it was off to print. I want to mention how proud I am to be part of this organization and the way the event turned out. Ken said that he had a great time and has covered many, many venues and rigs and he said that this was one of the best that he had covered. From the rigs to the evnt it was all a success and most importantly the people (you all) made it a very enjoyable experience for him. He said that he has not seen that level of fellowship among a club before. I might add that all of that was mentioned by Ken, he did not have to say anything like that to "butter us up" because remember, we were the ones who invited him to attend and he could have easily said "no" because magazines get begged by many people to shoot their events etc. I just want to say that Ken is a great guy and it was truely a pleasure to have him cover the event. I also want to mention that there is going to be a feature article on the "chopped up" XJ's that were in attendance. Ken said he was going to get some more information from those drivers and assemble an article for a future edition of Four Wheeler. So, once again, thanks to you all for making Winterfest a success and the MWC the best damn chapter there is!!
