RE LCA Length ?

Can someone tell me what length your control arms are that come with the RE 4.5" Super-flex kit? (RE part # 3700 - eye to eye).

RE lowers are 16" C to C!

I recall them being 0.5" over stock, making them 16.25" as well.

Are they the same ones used on the 3.5" lift? Reason I ask is mine measure ~16 and there for 3.5" kit.
