synthetic, and use only a genuine mopar oil filter. do not put a "performance" filter on it...Fram, K&N filters both do a worse job of filtering, and don't have a good back flow preventer...
Hate to bust your bubble, but some Genuine Mopar filters are made by Fram. Just depends on the lot. You can check any filter at the parts store, and as long as they have the check valve you're pretty much good to go. IIRC the Purolator PureOne filters have it and they are a very good filter. I used to use Motorcraft filters in all my rigs since they have the check valve, but switched to the PureOne simply because they're coated in the grippy stuff.
I agree, avoid Fram and K&N (mainly b/c of price).
As far as radiators go, I put a 3 core from Radiator Barn in my 4.6L stroker and never had any heat problems. It would be waaaay easier to swap it now than to have to do it later once the engine is in. You'll be kicking yourself too.
