Who's in charge of stickies? I'd like to make a request for a "tech request" sticky or two, and I'd like to know who to forward the request to... Seems to me this should be handled backchannel.

The mod of the certian forum can make it a sticky.

Yup, you need to contact the Mod(s) of the particular forum with your request. It may or may not happen. As you can understand, many people have differing opinions of what should be a "sticky". And speaking generally, "sticky" threads tend to get ignored.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The bar in the middle of the screen, look on the right hand side, it will show the 5 mods: Tom R., OT, CRASH, JeepFreak21, Kudzu
