Project Telluride: tons, big rubber, and a clean slate.

So she's out of the garage. Still no rear driveline so just in fwd as it is with drag link ratchet strapped in place. But she rolls under her own power and turned around to nose in the garage. Tape is for playing with cut on fenders.

Whoo! What's the plan for the rear fenders?

Once I finish the boostwerks tower install I am going to slide the rear section of original wheel well back, and trim the outside to match. I'll re spot weld the two pieces and fold under just like you would for a normal trim job. Of course doing the cut and gold as well.

Thanks!
Trying to get time to drop the rear shaft off at bills driveline to get built for the rear. And need to finish reeming the pitman arm. Then I can get it over and stretched out to measure for shocks. Then. It'll be road worthy/trail worthy as I pile up more parts for second session of build.

that rig is looking really good!

Thanks man. Gotta catch up to you and get it out of the garage so I can start breaking stuff.

Oh so.

Rear drive shaft was built by bills englewood driveshaft here locally and it came out great. Just ordered steering stuff from barnes4wd (brianHO is our local source  )
Have some work to get knocked out on it. But been crazy swamped with work and family coming into town so nothing to show as of yet. Once steering is on I'll be sure to get some shots of it flexed out to measure for shocks.

No pics lately. Sorry folks.
Both driveshafts are in.
Leaky rear brake line is fixed.
Got the piece I needed to get seats mounted to brackets.
Shocks being ordered once I hear back from supplier.
Battery box just ordered.
Steering will be here Wednesday, hopefully assembled this weekend.
Half of the trimming is done. Going to shoot for other half to be done and other shock tower installed as well this weekend.

Holy slacker. Well let me do some updating i guess.
I did some trimming, trying to maintain some fender as i fight the 40's and bumpstop to keep them out of the fenders. May not be what others like but it works. Got the rear towers in. Got the seats in. Put fox 2.0's all the way around and they came out awesome. Nice and stiff. Running the first trail this wekend. But heres some photos to make you bastards happy!
