Picked up some shackles at K&K Surplus for 9 bucks each and my winch showed up...

Got the sway bar in had to make a drop for it. Then I got the Death Wobble fixed. The steering was toed in 2 inches. :O

This thing drives amazing now. Rides super nice and plush. Can't wait til I get new shocks.

Took it for little driving tonight to test everything out drove 30 miles. Going to have to pick up some shocks for it front and rear. It rides real nice just a little bouncy. LOL

LOL Thanks! It is my cell phone and flash sucks on it. I will take some pics in the daylight tomorrow. I was scrambling trying to get those pics taken.

Not a whole lot. Just need to finish wiring the winch, skid plate on the bottom of the bumper, new shocks, and lots of seat time before Moab make sure it going stay together. I picked up parts to make sway bar discos. I also need to just check over everything make sure it is tight. Beef up transmission crossmember. And maybe make a skid for the Tcase it hangs a little low compared to the old one. I found some shocks to get me by until I can get some good ones. 85 F150 4x4 fronts for the front. And 99 Super Duty 4x4 for the rear. Should give me good flex and decent road manners. Plus they are cheap 120 bucks for all 4 from Autozone. The Super Duty rears give you a ton of down travel I ran set of them on my old YJ back in Iowa when I SOA lift. They worked great.

LOL For sure. Not mention all the wheeling trips I have missed over the last year and half since I can never take the TJ.

So Mike and I took a little trip down to Castle Rock to get my new Kevlars Yesterday. Before we left Mike gave the Merc a tune up. And I shorten the track bar. The truck was getting 18 mpg at 55 mph. Pretty pleased with that MPG.

Made a new track bar this morning a lot beefier then version one. Ready for Chinaman tomorrow!

Chinaman Gulch today. Merc was flawless ran great and climbed like a beast!!!
