Sorry, I don't really read all of what KP says.
no problem, i searched high and low for some blueprint of the XJ but came up with nothing, so i took a normal digital pic, then used the "coloring book" feature that came with the camera software then MS paint to clean up the background
I'll never tell :gag:did she get those holes in her knees from sanding or... getting on her knees?:roflmao:

yeah all the vibration from the sander has left my hands and arms numblooks dusty, i hate prep but its just as important as paint application.
personally i did a little sanding then rattle canned my job but its not made to look super awesome![]()
if you send me a pic i can do one up for ya, then you can clean it up, PM w/e-mail on its wayCool, I'm not sure I have seen such a filter in PS, but I'm inspired to create the same.
gonna keep the factory "silverstone metallic", easier around the door jambs and under the hood if it all matches, although black was on my mind too, but I have a black leather interior and moving farther south soon, besides I think later on the exterior armor will look better black against a silver back drop.so.... whats the color going to be?

thats the point, hence the the light MG mounted (MG= machine gun, J/k)Come on now if you make it to pretty and shiny the zombies will find you that much easier.
cool, ThanksJust spent about 30 min reading this thread. Really good job so far, I'm looking forward to watching it progress!
Thank you, Thank you, yes, quoting Timmy from Jurassic Park “so much blood”. Personally id say working on a jeep of this magnitude is like taking an 8 hour ride inside a washing machine with a couple glass coke bottles.Looks good Kris. That represents a lot of time and sweat. Possible a little blood too.
nope, I've got these jewels...Is that stool going to be your front seat?
nice!!
