Problems after IE9 update

After putting the latest updates on IE9 with Win7, the banners are not showing up at the correct place. They are showing up at 0,0, the upper left corner over the top of the logo.

Any ideas, and don't say go to another browser.

Take PC and throw in garbage.... Then buy a mac :laugh3:
