Possible legislation to move smog exemption to 1981 and older

i was thinking the same thing. some really nice FSJ series out there for cheap. well for now atleast. i would love to find a wagoneer FSJ to match my mini wagoneer. (oh my wife would kill me)
and put in a nice ls1 .

my goal is to get it done before the 13th. or at least drivable. now that it isnt drivable, i have more motivation to get it done. there's no going back now
