Possessed brake light...?????????

Here's the deal..... when I make a LEFT turn ,either sharp or sweeping, the brake light comes on. Doesn't matter if applying the brake or not... I have checked the fluid, while it is FULL, it does needs flushed as it's black..... I know that I need to adjust the rear cuz the e-brake barely works.... so far it has only seen street driving.... it has never been offroad.... YET...

My question is... Where is the sensor that would make the light come on?

If I am correct, on that model the brake light switch is mounted where the master cylinder pushrod connects to the brake pedal.

No no no...... Im sorry I didn't specify which brake light.... not the rear lights.... the dash brake warning light............
