The nylon/plastic fuel line that feeds the intake manifold leaks.
I tried replacing with a common fuel line but no luck with making it work.
What can I do? Can't find the part online or at parts store.
Thanks
Note: this is the line closest to the driver, is the other line a low-pressure return? i.e. should I replace both?

Can I just replace with 1/4" nylon line and heat it to be able to slide it on?

I've had good luck doing just that. Just be careful removing the end fitting to reuse. A better option is to locate the end fittings at a parts store and building brand new lines yourself.

I use a heat gun on low to warm the line just enough to allow the fitting to be forced in. Keep the heat gun moving to prevent melting the line.

A more expensive option, but I converted to AN at the fuel rail with these:

RUSSELL/EDEL 644123 EFI Adapter Fitting -6 An Male To 3/8" Sae Quick DiSConnect Female SCrew Type Blk Anodized Finish

(Double check size, I think one is 5/16 and one is 3/8)

Then cut the metal hard line (at the other end of the nylon) and made up flare fitting combo to get to AN -6 and then used push-lok EFI fuel hose and fittings to connect the two.
