Braided Fuel Line/Fittings Size From Quick Clip to Rail

Does anyone know what size line and fittings I need to run braided fuel line from the quick clip by the control arm to the fuel rail on a 96 4.0 XJ? I’m running into clearance issues with my long arms and intake manifold and would like to just install something bombproof so I don’t have to worry about it.

The hose #6, the connector by the frame is 3/8" SAE, and the fuel rail is 5/16"SAE.
