It really sounds like my kind of place. I would love to do this, but I am reluctant to comitt with the weather we are likely to see in the middle of January. I would have no hesitation if I knew the weather would be like last winter. Don't put me on the list yet, but I may sign up as we see how January unfolds. Thanks for arranging this.
