Pics from the Run

had a BUNCH of fun yesterday! thanks for posting pics, DJ. I'll try to get mine posted up tonight. I didn't get much in the way of pics though... mostly vid.

If I had to give the "best line" of the day award to someone, it'd be Don (digger) for making the left line at the waterfall look super easy. He didn't even so much as slip a tire.

Yeah man, what a great run! Excellent pictures too! I had a blast to say the least. Great meeting everyone and their cool azz XJs
w00t!

Oh and Matt; the left line at the waterfall is easy :D

I had a great time too. I didn't take too many pics. Here are the only ones I thought were interesting

Here is Digger taking a line no one else did. I am really amazed at what you do with your rig.

Here is the rookie Riverfever sticking his line much better than I did.

I'm new to wheeling and clubs. This was my first club run. I had a great time. Thanks "Heep" for the spots. Thanks "Paperplanefixerupper" (ha ha)for following me home to catch my wheel when/if it fell off. My build did well, but I really need more armor! It was good to meet all of you. Can't wait to do it again!

Next time, I will bring my own rig. This was an educational run :)

Anyways, here are the few photos I got that are decent.

Thanks again to DJ who let me ride shotgun.

Man, this pic really got my attention. I really did forget to stop and look around at something other than the rigs.... Gotta love Colorado!

This was an excellent, laid back, fun run! Kinda cool to get to see the Xota project rig up close - just freaky that it could so easilly be confused with an MJ. Clean work though.

Chris (riverfever) was a great sport! He was genuinely nervous about the weather, the trail, and what was gonna happen to his daily driver - but his sh-- eating grin after each obstacle was priceless! Gotta love a newbie - especially when after the run, he starts telling everyone "I thought I was happy with my XJ as it is, but I'm thinking more lift." Heh heh.... Chris, that's called "inchitis" :D And we're all plagued with it. Oh, and did you even get a scratch on your XJ?

Gawd it was good to get out and wheel! Thanks guys for not letting me just come up as an observer.......

Great photo's I forgot my camera today but I'll post some up tomorrow.

I had a great time even with my wiring problem and the broken u-joint. I also have another u-joint squeaking real loud now (haven't figured out which one yet).

Digger, thanks a 1,000,000 for the help with trail repairs and seeing you go up the left line was awesome. Great driving skilz!

The whole group was great and a great day. I felt bad for holding everyone up, but everyone was real cool 'bout it.

Nice wheelin' with such an experienced group of wheelers.

Thanks again everyone!
Terry

Great day! That was one of the best groups I have ever wheeled with. It was a blast seeing everyone and meeting new people!
Don gets a 5 airhorn salute for his driving and help up there! :)

And Jeff, time for a new tent!
