Passenger seal ? for nondisco conversion

I just wanted to know how much i need to machine the axle tube to fit the driver side axle seal on the passenger side, and what is the best tool for the job?

can anyone help me out with this. I bought randy's block off kit but messed up one of the seals, so i am going to use the drivers side on the pass. side. So i need to know what i need to do to theaxle tube, if anything......... :banghead:
