Painting home made bumper

I got my bumper all welded up, and flap wheeled, have some good primer, but I still have some little pits aournd the welded areas, is there anything I could use to fill them in instead of welding them in and flap wheeling them again, and what would be a good durable paint, was thinking hammered rustoleum, but wanted some different opinions, thanks

Fill the small pits with jb weld. As for paint that is what you prefer my bumper right now is Rustoleum hammered black and i like it.
