Depends on which setup you have too. You'll run into swaybar bracket clearance issues, as well as coil bucket issues. Some have trouble with the tierod hitting the diff cover. Every Jeep is different.
I had JCR's setup OTK prior to my axle swap and the vehicle was my daily driver. Cut off all the offending swaybar bracketry and added Teraflex brackets on the knuckle yoke instead. Had no problems. Steering was very accurate.
