Got up early yesterday morning and took a drive from Oceanside to Lake Elsinore (before my son came over) via the ORTEGA HIWAY. There is a little campground 1/2 way and an Off-Road Park on the South side.
Down the hill into Lake Elsinore (Lakeland Village) there is an old abandoned building that looks like an old mansion -- anyone know what
it used to be ?????

That place was a resort for the rich and famous when lake elsinore was in it's heyday (before all the meth heads moved in).
