ORGS/JKS Super Nerf install with Rubicon Express longarm?

Anyone have personal experience with the Super Nerfs fitting on the RE XJ longarm setup? Not sure on the measurements of the Supernerfs and whether they'll run into the lateral support brackets on the RE kit. They're not for me, they're for a non-Internet person who has the longarm installed already.

Hinkley, have you seen this?

Thanks!

Hinkely's a ghost and doesn't know anything anyway. I swear he moved to Texas and disconnected his thinking cap. :D

Anyway, the front support to the frame is about 50" forward of the front spring hanger bolt for the rear springs. (talk about Hinkley)

The square tube is made to fit tight to the pinch seam on the outside and tight against the rocker. The ones I have only have two bolts running through the pinch seam into the square tube. I think that was changed later to more.

My fat friends ripped two out on one side trying to it from rolling so I replaced the bolts with plug welds. That might be handy if the bolts end up being in a bad spot.

Tell that to the "non-Internet person". ;)

I'll call the guy tomorrow and see if he can take measurements. I also have to call JKS and RE to see if they have any ideas...

I ran into the same issue with a different brand of sliders. My advise is to take some pictures of RE skid/control arm plate/mount. Send the pictures to whos making the sliders and give them the measurements.

We might have to do that. The guy has a welder so I think I may end up talking him into cutout rockers with welded in 3x6 box tubing.

I know of one who has both on and I don't think there was any big deal to install them. He did leave off those gay wings to the pinch weld.

The SN legs are adjustable so if there is a plate against the frame area then it should be OK.

I would expect a little modification to something, but nothing too hard.
