So, let's get this thing going...Sounds like Cabelas will work for most. There are also a number of places to eat out there by the track so maybe lunch would be an idea. I imagine a weekend would be the best.

The 14th works best for me since we have a family reunion at the lake the next weekend...and I am not wanting to miss the lake!! I am in for noonish at Cabelas this coming saturday if that works for anyone. Please let me know since I have about a 2.5 hour drive there.
