well kool, I usually have an open seat if you ever just want to come but not wheel your rig. But we do need to have a KC meet and greet, with the increasing numbers here on naxja, but I will need to wait till I get a house up here and stop commuting from topeka.

Yeah I work downtown KC, so I am only in topeka at night. I am looking on an average of 6 houses a week. And bid on 8 houses already. But hopefully we will be getting one soon and we can then start a meet and greet of naxja members.

Yea looking for a house sucks!!!! Glad I found mine in the paper and the only contract I had to deal with was a hand shake. Got one hell of a deal on it too. Almost an acre in the middle of Gladstone for 139,000. Great piece of land. Oh yea and a 2000 sq ft 4br 2.5 bath 2 car garage to go on top of it. I luv it! Wish I had more land though I would cut some trails. But for a first time buyer I think that I did pretty good. Good luck with yours. I work downtown also about 8th and Central Harry J. Epstein Co. Really cool (old)hardware store. Check out the link at the btm of my sig. I hope that my tax returns allow me to do what I want to get a little bit of lift on my XJ. Have a good one

Well I actually got a house today, now its time to close. But I ended up over in olathe.(149th and merlin). Once we get moved in and such I will have a BBQ.

Well looks like I'm going to be wheeling the XJ sometime in Apr. when my grandpa flies north for the summer. I talked him into a wrangler to tow behind his RV and now he's modded it after wheeling it in Az. He had to go with 33's so he could "do better than my KJ." I look forward to meeting up with the local XJ owners sometime. Let me know when the BBQ is and I'm there.

Blake, let us out here in Gods country know about a meet and greet. I know i would be willing to come out, and we are starting to get quite a large group of xjs in the salina area. Seams to be about one a week to join TrailKrawlers from salina or the surrounding area with an xj over the last month.

I got a buddy there in topeka you should look up some time. Fxdlrider. He is always looking for fellow jeepers in topeka and is wanting to do a meet and greet with some people in that area too just to get a group of guys to go wheeling with.

Hey Parakeet, The pic you posted at the lake. It looks like Table Rock, Is it?
If so where at? I would be up for meeting some new people. Planning on doing some wheelin this summer as soon as the baby is in her forward facing car seat, just simple trails of course. Till i add a cage. Summer is just around the corner.

yeah I am looking forward to being back in town and a place to work on the jeep again. I have a slew of parts that I need to put on but havn't had the place to do it. I will have 50 days before my wife will be there with me, so I should have the time to get some of them done

You don't know how right you are about drunk cops and fisherman. That's still all that's there. One of my bosses has a managment weekend getaway at Pomme. She's got a place down there. They got the place down there cause it was quiet and not like the Ozarks. I know about the honeydew list and I'm in an apt. I'm not looking forward to a house :shiver: cause I know it will get worse.

Lenexa, KS and I'm a member of The Brushbeaters. My XJ has about 4" of lift and 31's and alot of little problems. I know I can't make it to KS Rocks this weekend but I'm looking to go here in the next few weeks. I'll post it up when it gets closer and I'm sure I can go. I really think we need to have a get together for the locals.
