OFFICIAL BS THREAD(all others will be deleted)

Thinking I might just learn how to do regears myself since I have my busted 8.25 sitting in my garage not getting fixed.

Been wanting a press anyways. Looks like I'll be getting some tools soon then.

I bought a 10 ton Dake press thinking the quality would be better than HF. After receiving it, I should have just bought a Harbor Freight press FWIW.

Somebody offered to buy my non running MJ for parts. I'm supposed to call them back and see how much they might give me.

Check prices for a part out. Apparently the tail lights are made of unattainium based on prices.

Good idea, I'll get on that. Any recommendations for price info. Ebay?

That would be the easiest. You can pretty much always make more money parting an MJ if you have the time and space to keep it around.

Why can't I just reach into my screen and pull that out?

Can anyone confirm you can fit a pair of axles in the back of an xj?

XJ axles front and rear fit at the same time with the rear seat removed/down. A WJ front fits with shocks and control arms still attached. Never tried full size.

Rubicon 44 front and an 8.8 rear... I've fit a d30 before diagonal and I know an 8.8 Is narrower... So I think I can cross them and be ok

That should fit. You might need to stack.

In related news I may not be installing that Aussie I bought
