FBI Agent Lara Burns reported before the jury in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial that the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was listed as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee, right alongside HLF, the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), and the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR).
Agent Burns further testified that CAIR received money from HLF - a claim that Nihad Awad blatantly denied in a congressional testimony in September of 2003.
Burns also said that both Omar Ahmed and Nihad Awad, CAIR co-founders who today serve as CAIR’s chairman emeritus and executive director, respectively, were also listed as individual members the Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee in America.

Last month, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and her senior staff privately met in Washington, D.C., with a select group of Muslim, Arab, and Sikh organizations. Among the mix were three organizations directly associated with an outlawed terrorist entity — the Muslim Brotherhood.
Secretary Napolitano spent an hour and a half briefing them on Department of Homeland Security (DHS) counter-radicalization and anti-terrorist programs. The intensive briefings spanned two days (January 27 and 28) and were called by the DHS.
Although there is no evidence of an exchange of classified information, this meeting was the beginning of an Obama administration program aimed at devising a new information-sharing framework with the Muslim organizations — some of them regarded as extremist because of their ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. The group is to meet regularly with DHS senior aides and with Napolitano. This program was imported from the United Kingdom.
The Obama administration has decided to replicate the UK program to win over Muslims and to get them to collaborate with the federal government.

With fresh evidence of Hezbollah activity just south of the border, and numerous reports of Muslims from various countries posing as Mexicans and crossing into the United States from Mexico, our porous southern border is a national security nightmare waiting to happen.
Whenever Arizona law enforcement officials contact Homeland Security about a suspected OTM (Other Than Mexican) they have detained, federal authorities swoop down, cart off the illegal entrant, and tell local officials nothing more about the case. OTMs have utilized sophisticated human smuggling networks to enter the United States from as many as 157 countries around the world - including Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Morocco, and Egypt.

Retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin's courage leading missions in war zones like Iraq, Somalia, and Panama earned him a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
Yet an invitation to speak at a West Point prayer breakfast resulted in anything but a hero's welcome.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, joined a coalition of far left groups protesting Boykin's appearance because of his alleged "Islamophobia." Boykin, a strong critic of radical Islamist groups like the Brotherhood, eventually withdrew from the event.
"In consultation with the faculty and staff at West Point -- who clearly wanted me to withdraw to save them the embarrassment of cancelling my invitation -- I did so," Boykin said.

CAIR successfully pressured the New York Police Department to stop showing a documentary called "The Third Jihad" at counter-terrorism training courses.
The film, narrated by a moderate Muslim, details the rise of Muslim Brotherhood front groups in America. "'The Third Jihad,' by the way, criticizes CAIR and exposes them, so of course they don't want the NYPD to know about that," said Ryan Mauro, a national security expert with the Clarion Fund, the group that produced "The Third Jihad."
"The NYPD and government agencies will say, 'Well, if we want to have cooperation with the Muslim community, we have to please CAIR,'" Mauro told CBN News.
Pleasing CAIR apparently includes shutting down testimonies of ex-Muslims like Kamal Saleem, a former Islamic terrorist who became a Christian.
Saleem told CBN News that his recent speech at a Michigan high school was cancelled after the local CAIR chapter complained.
"People like us, who are talking about their secrets, their ideology -- they try to swiftly destroy," he said.

The Obama administration quietly released $1.5 billion in foreign aid to the new Egyptian government, now dominated by a Brotherhood-led coalition in parliament.
Obama spokesman Jay Carney stated at the time: "Anyone who has paid any attention to the post-revolution developments in Egypt know that the Muslim Brotherhood will be a major player"

The Fiscal Year 2013 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations Bill, which passed the House on Wednesday, contains in its Committee Report (a separate public document that spells out how agencies are expected to spend the money allocated to them) a recommendation that Attorney General Eric Holder follow in the FBI’s footsteps and sever ties with CAIR.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in a case in which the Holy Land Foundation was found guilty of material support of a terrorist organization.
A judge ruled in 2009 that: ”The Government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA and NAIT with HLF, the Islamic Association for Palestine (“IAP”), and with Hamas.

President Barack Obama’s deputies are holding “hundreds” of closed-door meetings with a jihad-linked lobbying group that is widely derided by critics as a U.S. arm of the theocratic Muslim Brotherhood.
George Selim, the White House’s new director for community partnerships, which was formed in January to ensure cooperation by law enforcement and social service agencies with Muslim identity groups in the United States, admitted that the U.S. is, in fact, holding meetings with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

The Egyptian Supreme Constitutional Court ruled Thursday that a third of the legislature was elected illegally. As a result, it says in its explanation of the ruling, "the makeup of the entire chamber is illegal and, consequently, it does not legally stand."
The Muslim Brotherhood stands to lose the most by the rulings since it controls just under half of all seats in the legislature and is likely not to do as well in the next election. Its popularity has declined since the legislative election over its failure to translate its parliamentary domination into real political power and its perception as a power hungry group more preoccupied with its own interests than national ones.
