NWF Pre run June 18th

I didn`t want to fill my alternator or radiator with permanent cement, ask Micheal.
We won`t be able to run the west side of the Naches Trail on June 18,it`s closed till july..

So does that mean we HAVE to play at Moonrocks and Funnyrocks? Oh what a shame. :laugh3:

Camping is still open at Kaner Flats Campground right.

Kaner Flats is open , it`ll be Full over there Mem.weekend.
There`ll be lots of trails open to get you to the rocks. :laugh3:
I`m looking forward to it

Yea it is still on as far as I know. I may have another rig joining me(modified TJ)

Hans

sam you wont need em for some of the stuff up there.....just be careful and you'll be fine:) you can also run the lilly pads and stuff hans...thats a pretty area...might be kinda tricky for a longer wheelbase like xj's tho....

I know I will be there, not sure about the other TJ.

What about Sam88? Is he and his friend coming.

When you come pick me up a Quadruple, Grande, Non-fat Organic Milk, Mocha with Whip and a little Half and Half. Oh and Bismark Donut

Hans

If breakfast is involved i'll be there.

There is a very good chance that my xj will not be ready for the prerun but if i can get up there anybody need a co-pilot?

Hans and breakfast hasta
See ya

Hey Hans!

I might be able to come along this time! It will only be Saturday but I can probably hook up with Howard and John and convoy from there (I have no idea where I'm going).

I'm hearing noises that work might be sending me on a trip - that's going to be the dealbreaker if I have to fly out of town...we will have to wait and see.

um...do we need to get a Northwest Forest Pass for this?

What do you suggest if not?

That would be great. I think that I will just wheel Saturday and head home. Sunday is Fathers Day.

As far as the NWforest pass, I am not sure. I have heard both sides of the story. I don't want to be the one to tell you not to get one. I have one, but have never heard of anyone recieving a $75 ticket for not having one. They are $30 annually

Hans

The area we will be in I`ve run for 5yr`s and haven`t been asked for a pass. You can join up and run with us on the 18th.
I haven`t either .I have seen the signs that require a pass to park in designated areas. :repair: breaking down doesn`t count as parking.

Is any one from the east going. I would like to go but wont know for sure until Thursday. I didnt really want to do anything to hardcore. I have a long drive back to Spokane. And Howard thanks again for the pics from Liberty.

Jody

I think there might be a guy(sam88) coming from Tri-cities.

I don't plan on doing anything too "hardcore". I don't want to have to fix anything before NWfest. I also have a long(250 miles) trip back home.

Hans

I finished the cargo area today. Eveything now fits in the back. I am still think about the roof sliders maybe this winter.

Roof Sliders? Is that like "Rock Rails" for the top of your jeep?
