NP231 Drain Thread (Fumoto?)

Who know the thread & pitch of the NP231 drain/fill plugs?
Considering a Fumoto valve on the drain side. Hate the mess on my skid plate.
1st world problem.

There are two styles of fill/drain plugs - the earlier, "takes a 31mm socket" type and the later "takes an allen key" type. Are the threads the same on both?

Since discovering that the stiffness lip on my JCR belly pan blocks access for getting the socket on mine, I've wondered about whether the two versions of plugs are interchangeable...

Good question.

Fumoto is $50 in 22-1.5. They have a "lock" for an extra $4.
sheesh. An awful lot but after cleaning up my skid plate today I might bite the bullet. I sure don't wanna drop the skid to do this. Fluid lays right at the CAT. The SX series will take a hose.
