Custom front rear Iron Bull bumper, rock slider (I do have stock running board). Almost new 265/70/17 GY MTR with Kevlar, 12k lbs winch, dual batteries with battery isolator, onboard air 5 gal tank with 2x12v pump. Custom roof rack with 3 Hella 500. New Bilstein shocks, Firestone rear airbag, rear locker Powertrax no slip (super quiet).

The vehicle went back to stock form. Roof rack and lights removed, stock roof crossbar installed, stock running board installed, winch,OBA and locker removed however Iron bull bumpers come with the truck. Price lowered to $9500

The rear bumper is 3 pieces and have not tried to remove it and guess it's about 100 lbs.
Carmax already gave me an offer and it good up to 7 days.
