No posts in three days?

Well we can't really do anything until the vote by the members to make a chapter is completed. What else can be done. The vote doesn't end until the 23rd of March. So far the vote has been IN FAVOR OF establishing a chapter, 60% TO 40%.

Are you looking for somekind of discussion to continue when people have already voted???

It needs stoking, c-mon lets get some posts going here!

There are currently not enough people who want a MAC compared to who do not. If you VA guys want the chapter then you gusy need to take the bull by the horns and get it going. Most of the SC people do nto want to be a part of that chapter. We would rather see you guys have a MAC and the carolinas have there own later. :) Personally I like it the way it is. I remember when I was the only SC person on the boards and one of the few in the Carolinas. :eyes:

Yep it looks like VA's leading the way w/ wanting the MAC.... They appear to have enough members to get it going.. maybe VA, WV, KY? then later down the road we could look into NC, SC or NC, SC, TN?????

Then why not throw in GA too? I mean, most of the GA active members seem to be in northern GA anyways and that part of the state is closer to you than half of TN. It could be called the "Blue Ridge" chapter or something like that. Then it wouldn't neccessarily involve ALL of GA since GA is a vertical state and the distance from the mountain region to the southern part is over 5 hours away. I just don't see how making all of TN be part of that chapter when the north part of GA is closer anyways. Especially since most people from SC would drive through north GA going to TN. I don't know...just a thought. VA, WV, and KY makes more sense to me than the Carolinas, VA, and WV...geographically speaking anyways.

What a conundrum this has become! Why can't we all just wheel and forget about it! :rattle:

More NC/SC guys were on board when it was an idea called Carolina Chapter. I agree, it may end up being premature once again. Time will come when the Carolina's + whoever want to make a chapter and the VA guys will take the initiative and make a MAC for their own. I still think we can do something here but its pointless if no other make any effort.
