Depending on condition of clutch packs, I'd say 25-75$ is a fair price. You own it, you can sell it for however much you want. Make sure you charge Chris double.

This is Tayman's XJ. He is stationed at Fort Bragg. He is an old wheeling buddy from my hometown of Salinas. He contacted me several months ago about getting this thing out to him. It needed a fuel pump. He had some friends install the fuel pump and another began the trip from the left coast to the right coast. He started having issues 40 miles in. Called, I drove up and towed it the rest of the way to my shop. It's here to be repaired. We ( Andy the driver and myself) are going to pull the pump, drop the tank and clean all the crap out of it. Install a new strainer sock, rail mount fuel filter and hopefully that will fix the issues. Then a few things here, a few things there and send Andy on his way to Fort Bragg.

looks good! hey i got a question about the pacesetter header you posted about a while back. its my understanding that they are not carb legal, am i wrong?

I actually never looked. I don't like the design very much. I have a shop in Santa Maria. I know Jonnie. He comes over and I drink his beer and talk while staring at the Jeeps. I should be in Vegas that weekend so I can't go wheeling. Swing by the shop sometime with Jonnie.

for that price you can:
buy a bolt TJ 44 from 4wheelparts with 30 spline shafts and a bigger ring and pinion/housing.
buy a hp44 and start to build it up (not ideal being low pinion but bigger ring and pinion and 30 spline is nice)
build over half of a front 60....
i would just carry extra stock spares if the 30 spline option costs you 2000$.
unless you got that 30 spline kit for like 500$ i would stay away...

This I understand, I originally wanted to go 27spline arb with rcvs. This deal came along for just a little bit more then just an arb.
It wont be that price. Slightly over a grand.
