Hey everyone, My names Jon Trusty from the east side of Indianapolis. Everyone calls me Nick. (Long story) I'm the Hammer Man. My dad and grandpa invented the deadblow hammer in the 70's and I followed in their footsteps. Dad was the original hammer man and I took over the name in honor of him after he passed away at the badlands during a TREC race. I'm the glorified welder/machinist/fabricator/lunch getter at Trusty-Cook. I try to race as many TREC races in my RZR I can but I recently got a xj and fell in love with it. It's 97. Locked front and rear. A randomly put together 4 inch lift and 33" km2. it'll take me where I need to go. Out of all the jeeps we've had my xj is one of my favorites for sure. I can't wait to wheel with everyone!

Nice to meet ya!

A name like that makes me think you and the skinny pedal are well acquainted.

Hahaha you would think so, but I'm pretty easy on it. Until I get angry because I can't make it up something. Then I may hammer it a little bit. My number one goal is don't break stuff on the trail. It bothers me to hold up everyone else's day and I hate working on stuff while laying on the ground. Lol

Welcome.....

Hey Nick!

You can get the Comanche running anytime now.....:D

I've got a couple of those hammers! My old boss went to Indy to talk about something with someone at the hammer shop and they gave him four or five plus a really large sledge version. Still using them!
