New Member and unable to post

I became a member about 3 months ago right before the system crashed. Just got my membership card and sticker in the mail about 3 weeks ago but I am still not able to post in some of the forums such as the classifieds and the picture show case forum. It telles me I do not have access to these forums. Why is that?
